Every interaction with each of your students is another layer to their growth and development. They rely on you for structure and to point out when they are right or wrong. Perhaps you have been their soundboard when you lent your listening ear. Maybe you were that pillar of strength for them to lean on in times of struggle. It is possible it is the one word you shared in an emphatic way that made the difference. Could it be your smile and warm approach that reassured them in time of need?
You are no doubt the pioneer that fuels the students to champion their way to success. We hope that you will wrap your year knowing that you did the best that you can do over and over, day after day.
