INSET & TRAINING DAY FOR TEACHERS


An inspiring session for staff designed to uplift moral and share some amazing tools for continuous development, with the aim of achieving the following:

  • Setting aspirational goals for every child 
  • Managing students to meet their goals
  • Having positive starts and ends to lessons
  • Enjoying and being passionate about the subject you are imparting
  • Resilience strategies for when things do not go to plan
  • Being an effective tutor by building time for thinking and reflection 

We understand the pressures and the rigid structures set by the government, so we take you on a journey which looks on working together as a team in order to achieve the great results we are all capable of delivering. 

We believe by shifting the mindset from I to We, that we will discover, develop and be the BEST as a team.  The session is very interactive and looks to get everyone working together and appreciating the very nature of their work.  We combine passion, energy, humour and inspiration to give you the necessary tools for continuous development, personally and professionally.
