PERSONAL 1-2-1 MENTORING

Our mentoring program delivers practical and one-on-one workshops in the areas of independent learning and personal development for individuals. Our dedicated mentors motivate their mentees by equipping them with the practical tools for their educational success, sandwiched with creating the daily drive of staying committed and focused. Our mentoring program is tailored specifically to the needs of the individual. 

  1. Agreed one-to-one sessions with a designated mentor 

  2. We create a safe environment for the mentee to express themselves openly. This is done by tapping into our mentees' hobbies and interests 

  3. We track the mentee's progress against initial goals

  4. Along with the program comes a post mentoring follow-up and resources to sustain and encourage their ongoing development
