As a relatively new presenter to the team, Rianna is a young and gifted speaker who is called on to deliver sessions on her strength of desire to work with young people especially was from my experience working at a multi-site special school for students with Social, Emotional and Behavioural difficulties (SEBD), particularly challenging behaviour, and/or additional complex needs.
Being able to relate to the students and challenging young people who would have seem to have just lost hope is what fuels Rianna’s motivation.
Rianna has set up her own company, enabling her to show that everything is possible. This based around sport, is her way of empowerment which also in cooperated into her sessions as sports contributes to character development and the essentials in life.
As a strong believer in the importance of empowering others especially the younger generation, Rianna uses interesting, mutual topics such as pop culture and lifestyle, as well as her own personal journey to hold the attention of her audience.
A MESSAGE FROM RIANNA
“You can do anything, you just have to believe in yourself” Each of us are so different and no one can do you better than you. That’s why I believe it’s so important to be true to who you are and let your light shine through your dreams as it can motivates others to do the same”
“I just wanted to officially thank you for an incredible day yesterday. Our students absolutely loved it and were truly inspired. Please pass on our sincere thanks to all the presenters who were brilliant – it helped us keep our school open on a strike day and gave our young people inspiration to achieve their dreams. Budget permitting, later this year or early next academic year, we will definitely look to book you guys again!”
